Introducing Potted Potter
Harry Potter fans will get a kick out of this live parody show. Potted Potter features two actors who play all of the characters in the wizarding world while telling the story of the entire seven-book series.
The beloved franchise is summed up in an entertainingly humorous 70-minute show. The duo use costume changes, wigs, props, musical numbers, dancing, a game of Quidditch, and other funny surprises to recreate Harry’s journey with their own spin.
Even those who aren’t super fans of the series can enjoy the story. The wit and charm also make it easy to follow along during this performance.
Potted Potter was created by two actors, Dan Clarkson and Jeff Turner in 2005 in Scotland. It started out as a five-minute street show about the first five books. Over the years, the popularity of their show grew. They started touring all over the world, including New York City off-Broadway. Now the show has a home on the Las Vegas Strip.
The show has continuously received great reviews. It’s suitable for young kids, families, and any fans of the magical series. As the creators say, it’s “perfect for ages six to Dumbledore (who is very old indeed).”
Potted Potter is at The Magic Attic theater on the third level of Bally’s. There are two showings daily at 2 pm and 8 pm.
